Full sequence: Ac-Nle-cyclo[Asp-His-D-Phe-Arg-Trp-Lys]-NH₂. At approximately 1,024.2 Da, its compact cyclic architecture is distinct enough from Melanotan I to be told apart by mass alone — a 623 Da difference between the two.
