1. Acceptance of These Terms

Using this website, creating an account or placing an order means you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access our catalog or place an order.
Before reaching the catalog you are asked to confirm your age and that materials are intended for laboratory research use only. That confirmation is recorded and forms part of these Terms.
You represent that you are a qualified professional, or that you are acting on behalf of a laboratory, academic institution or research organisation, and that you understand the safe handling and storage of research materials.
We may request verification of institutional or professional affiliation before fulfilling an order.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by PrimalGenix USA are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research.

They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or ingestion. They are not drugs, foods, food additives, cosmetics, medical devices or household chemicals, and they are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use of any kind. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.

Information published on this site is provided for reference only and is not medical, veterinary or scientific advice. We do not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution or research-protocol guidance, and our team cannot advise on the design or conduct of any study.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of all materials safely and lawfully.
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws relating to the purchase, possession, handling and use of the materials you order.
You acknowledge that research materials carry inherent hazards, and you confirm that you are informed about the hazards associated with the materials you purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who handles the materials under your supervision is appropriately trained.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use, or permit the use of, any product for human or veterinary consumption or administration.
Resell, distribute or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption, or represent to any third party that a product is suitable for such use.
Repackage, relabel or otherwise present any product in a manner inconsistent with its research-use-only status.
Use the site or any product for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable regulation.

We may cancel orders, close accounts and decline future business where we believe these restrictions have been breached.

6. Order Acceptance and Right of Refusal

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, unlawful intent, fraud or chargeback risk, or non-compliance with these Terms.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are published on the product pages and apply equally to all customers. We do not operate tiered or member-only pricing.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
Payment is taken in full before an order is processed.
We may correct pricing or listing errors, and we will contact you before proceeding if a correction affects your order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only. We do not export, and we do not ship internationally.
Orders are dispatched from our U.S. facility within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery normally takes 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. Tracking is issued when the package is handed to the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or for events outside our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is tendered to the carrier.

9. Certificates of Analysis

Every lot we accept into inventory is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory, and the resulting certificate is published in our COA library and linked from the product page. The lot number on the certificate corresponds to the lot number printed on the vial supplied.

Certificates report the results of the tests described on them, on the sample tested, on the date stated. They are not a warranty of suitability for any particular purpose, and they do not constitute approval of any product for human or veterinary use.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because these are research-grade materials subject to strict quality control, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We will replace or refund an order where we shipped the wrong item, where the order arrived damaged and photographic evidence is provided within 7 days of delivery, or where you cancel before the order has been dispatched.
To raise a claim, contact us with your order number and, for damage claims, photographs of the packaging and contents.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — branding, logos, photography, graphics, product copy, certificates as presented, and page design — belongs to PrimalGenix USA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute it without written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimalGenix USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from the use of this site or any product purchased through it.

We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimalGenix USA, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, expense or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your handling, possession, use or onward supply of any product purchased from us.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which PrimalGenix USA LLC is organised, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of that State.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted, and continuing to use the site constitutes acceptance of them.
